This is is the first step in our journey to enhance school culture. It is essential to complete before selecting one of the follow up options. This service can be provided both in person or virtually. The inventory gives you a chance to reflect on what is working and what changes you want to see. It gives the Culture Shock Innovations team insight to your school dynamics
Action Plan Development-
Event Planning
This service includes access to our extensive database of ideas and methods for implementation. It includes an in-depth analysis of the needs assessment along with support for planning events and implementing change. This involves meeting with the stakeholders responsible for planning and implementing events. With this support service schools will be given all the tools necessary to make changes and implement strategies for continued improved culture.
In Depth Sustainability-
Implementation
This includes all services within the Action Plan Development , but with a more in-depth approach. It is designed to create long-term changes and implement ideas that will become anchors for the school culture. It involves meeting with all stakeholders (administration team, a committee of staff, and the student council class and advisor) to reestablish systems and create positive change.
